It is on the 1st floor of a caracteristic historical building and it is on two levels, connected by a small wooden staircase and wrought iron!
The apartment, of 80 square meters, can accommodate 2 to 4 people and and is great for families, children, seniors, friends, people on business and for couples of all ages, who want to spend a beautiful holiday in our city! It is tastefully decorated with modern and functional furniture, which create a fascinating contrast and a warm atmosphere that blends perfectly with the typical structure of the apartment in ceiling beams and rafters and terracotta floors!
The apartment consists of a cozy and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a nice modern kitchen, spacious and livable, complete with all the accessories needed for cooking and includes a table that can accommodate 4 people. The apartment has of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large wardrobe, the other one, which is accessed through the small staircase, is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 persons (which according to need can become a small living room or one study) and has direct access to the private courtyard equipped!
