It is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs, it is furnished with designer furniture and consists of a large living room with sofa, an eat-in kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and a balcony, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, en suite bathroom and one with double sofa bed. A beautiful open staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a double bedroom with bathroom. The mezzanine is accessible only by stairs.
