The air conditioning, installed in the living room, is able to effectively cool the entire apartment, guaranteeing pleasant comfort even during summer days. Access is via an external staircase and an internal staircase, 15 steps in total. Air conditioning is present only in the living room but cools all rooms, and there is also a fan available in the bedroom.
