Welcome to "I Limoni Apartment", a welcoming apartment located on the hills of Capannori, 20 minutes by car from the historic centre of Lucca and 5 minutes from the characteristic village of Montecarlo, perfect for a holiday focused on relaxation and comfort. This elegant space, located on the first floor, offers a unique stay experience, with an area of 50 sqm that ensures spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2 people.

The apartment boasts a shared swimming pool of 11x6 metres, ideal for refreshing oneself on hot summer days or for moments of pure relaxation. There is also a private garden on the ground floor equipped with a table and barbecue.
The interiors are carefully designed down to the smallest details, with a bedroom that includes a double bed. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped American kitchen, equipped with all comforts: refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster and a complete range of crockery and kitchen utensils.

The climate is always perfect thanks to the air conditioning and heat pump heating system. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, while the TV ensures entertainment during moments of relaxation. Additional comforts include an iron and ironing board, cleaning products, and a convenient kitchenette.

For those travelling by car, a private parking space is available outside the building. The apartment is also equipped with ecological measures such as efficient LED light bulbs, separate waste collection, and attention to plastic reduction.

Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities and animals are not allowed. It is, however, ideal for couples looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay.
The swimming pool, equipped with a gazebo and umbrellas for shade and sunbeds for sunbathing, is open from 1 April to 30 October.

The apartment features a double bedroom, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, perfect for enjoying your stay in complete independence. Air conditioning, present only in the living room but sufficient to cool all rooms, helps make your stay pleasant during the warmer months.

Outside, guests can relax under the private canopy, overlooking the exclusive-use garden, furnished with a table and seating: the ideal space for having breakfast outdoors, lunching or enjoying a peaceful evening immersed in nature.

Born as a company dedicated to wine and oil production, in recent years it has chosen to enhance its olive-growing vocation, specialising in the production of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil and develops over an area of 30 hectares.

Today the company hosts 3000 olive trees of the prestigious varieties Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino, Maurino and Moraiolo, cultivated according to the regulations of organic farming and PDO.
