This elegant space, located on the first floor, offers a unique stay experience, with an area of 50 sqm that ensures spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2 people.
The apartment boasts a shared swimming pool of 11x6 metres, ideal for refreshing oneself on hot summer days or for moments of pure relaxation. There is also a private garden on the ground floor equipped with a table and barbecue.
The interiors are carefully designed down to the smallest details, with a bedroom that includes a double bed. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped American kitchen, equipped with all comforts: refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster and a complete range of crockery and kitchen utensils.
The climate is always perfect thanks to the air conditioning and heat pump heating system. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, while the TV ensures entertainment during moments of relaxation. Additional comforts include an iron and ironing board, cleaning products, and a convenient kitchenette.
