"Casa Brigante" is a beautiful farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside! has two fully independent apartments with kitchen for 2-4-5 people up to a maximum of 10 guests.
Each apartment has a private covered patio for outdoor dining. The rest of the garden and the beautiful swimming pool are only available to guests present in the property. "Casa Brigante" is located 5 km from Lucca, accessed by an unpaved country road of 200 m. The property, quiet and peaceful, is located in the open countryside but is close to all services, and to the town of Capannori. Lucca can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as well as the Lucchesi villas where you can make beautiful excursions on foot or by bike. "Siria Apartment" is an apartment with independent entrance entirely on the ground floor, consisting of a bright living room with kitchenette, with a magnificent window facing the pool! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, we also find a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and additional bed on request and a bathroom with shower! Internet connection and air conditioning are available.

Welcome to "Romeo Apartment", a welcoming apartment located on the hills of Capannori, 20 minutes by car from the historic centre of Lucca and 5 minutes from the characteristic village of Montecarlo, perfect for a holiday focused on relaxation and comfort. This elegant space, located on the first floor, offers a unique staying experience, with an area of 100 sqm that guarantees ample spaces and comfort for up to 5 people.

The apartment boasts a shared swimming pool measuring 11x6 metres, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days or for moments of pure relaxation. The private outdoor garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, offers a perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining and convivial moments.

The interiors are carefully crafted down to the smallest details, with three bedrooms, which include a queen-size double bed, a one-and-a-half-size bed, and two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped American kitchen, complete with all comforts: refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and a complete range of crockery and kitchen utensils.

The climate is always perfect thanks to the air conditioning and heat pump heating system. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, while the TV ensures entertainment during moments of relaxation. Additional comforts include an iron and ironing board, cleaning products, and a convenient kitchenette.

For those travelling by car, 2 private parking spaces are available outside the building. The apartment is also equipped with ecological measures such as efficient LED light bulbs, recycling, and attention to plastic reduction.
